Your Guide to #OpeningDay at Oracle Park
The San Francisco Giants will open the 2022 season campaign at home on Friday, April 8 when they face the Miami Marlins. Unlike the start of last season, this Opening Day will look more like traditional home openers.
Gates Open at 11:05AM
Gates are opening early for #Opening Day, starting at 11:05AM. Make sure to arrive early for all of the festivities.
Pre-Game Ceremony
Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 12:45 PM for pre-game festivities. The pre-game ceremony will include the raising of the 2021 National League West Champions Pennant, the unveiling of the 107th Win Plaque on the Giants History Walk, and more.
National Anthem
The U.S. Navy Leap Frogs Parachute Team will deliver the American flag, National Anthem performance by Brian McKnight, Lift Every Voice and Sing by Jenn Johns.

Select food and beverage items can be ordered from the Mobile Food Ordering tile on the Team Page of the Ballpark app.
Fans with food sensitivities, allergies or other dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own food. Outside food and beverage is permitted except in Luxury Suites. No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers. Reminder that backpacks are not allowed.

Transportation

- Biking: Benefit from protected bikeways along the San Francisco waterfront and throughout the neighborhoods around Oracle Park and guarded bike parking and public bike racks when you arrive.
- Walking: Enjoy wider sidewalks on key routes to and from Market Street.

COVID-19 Entry Requirements
Fans are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. Masks are no longer required, but encouraged when indoors.
